Who We Are
NWMO NORML is a non profit public interest advocacy group serving Northwest Missouri. We are affiliated with Missouri NORML, and the National Organization for the Reform of Marijuana Laws (NORML), the largest and oldest advocacy group in the United States. Our mission is to work to reform state and local marijuana laws, whether by voter initiative or through the elected legislatures. We offer informational resources to citizens, organizations, and media outlets to increase understanding and awareness about marijuana laws and issues.
